Hello everyone and thanks for stopping by today i will be showing you a Art peace that i have been working on for about 3 days.
But first lets start with the reference photos of this creature I choose to draw.
With each creature or person you draw it is always good to have reference photos to look back in and make sure you are doing it right.
And it is always good to be listening to music while you draw it helps calm you and allows you to think.
Now here are some pictures i took while i was drawing .
Now while i draw i start with a basic shap a basic form for the person or creature to geet a feel for how they move and how they would react.
and with this step try to bulk out the original design of it do not get frustrated if the drawing does not come out correct the first time it will take multiple tries to get it to look correct.
At this point i am looking at the paw/hang and relizing i dont like the look so im going to edit it
and remember this is paper you can move it around to suit your needs. Now i want this to look more like the Tobi in the game Monster Hunter so i looked for inperfections and i did not like the face.
After redrawing the face i was quite happy with it but its still not ready to ink yet. Now its time to put in the back ground. now to darken the lines so as to see what I like before inking Now that this is all together i think its time to ink
But dont just ink your main focus of the peace ink all of it you wanna get all the goods in thereGood now to get ride of all those ugly pencil lines and make it all nice and neat. Now at this point it looks alright and im not one to color all my drawings but this one counts for it so first we will put down a base coat like painting but not. and make sure to do the base for the eyes and claws if you have them and any other different colors there might be.
now above is me just darkening some areas that need to be a darker color.
This is me trying to make it a bit more dark in the face, but after words i start adding scales yep scales one of the most tedious things to do.
After the Scales and details it is time to color the background. Second to last step Shading. Now in this i woukd shade in the parts that the sun is facing away from and try to think of the area and time of day that helps.
Then finally to seal it in your own art signiture
