La Cuisine Club

It’s a pleasure to meet you.

My Love builds me up, I had always dreamt of having a patisery, hopefully one that was in a marijuana legal state so I could also provide healing through my cuisine, knowing this could not be done alone I have never attempted this type of an endeavour. My name is Aleese Roseanne Hammond and it will stay that way for a few more months, we both left Tennessee at different times to find our future here, that means we have no family here and I want at least one family member in person for our union. My almost husband is Robert Bruce Ledford, he sees my intention and feels the results from my cooking. So many people today no longer cook or bake, they don’t take time to explore nature or simply relax, we both come from cultured society at times in our lives as well as overwhelming adversities, we have life experience and now understand that our lives can be geared towards a resort club that would allow us to teach those that wanted, help those that are seeking healing through relaxation and entertain those that seek weed, wine and casino tours. We want people to feed their soul and want to facilitate the experiences that makes it possible.

Our goal.

Establishing a club that caters to healing and well being, one that has food and herbs grown in our gardens so people know what they are eating.

Our vision.

The application process will weed out the undesirable elements, we want to have the types of people that will get along well, if they choose to interact. We will offer breakfast and dinner in the kitchen house or baskets to go back to your cabin. Lunch will be baskets with the fixins for a picnic, blanket and all!
Our plan includes a garden to supply the food for the club, a firepit, horseshoe area, bad mitten, a gazebo and possibly a tetherball court.
The structures will consist of five Air B and B cabins, our cabin, a kitchen house, laundry shed, Cedar spa shower house, as well as jacuzzi tubs for at least three cabins.
Each of the cabins will have a heat source we would have some with pot belly stoves and some with the gas fire logs, to ensure allergies are considered and we are able to accommodate those people as well.

The how.

We will list our cabins on Air B and B and use a booking program to keep the reservations error free. The rest of the customer interaction will be based on the answers in the application.

The who.

Our clientele will consist of adults, well behaved dogs will be welcome, we will maintain a flow of people that can afford luxury, willing to pay for it, they will return during the seasons and tell their friends and family how relaxing of a time they had in our coastal town. Maybe even put on a few pounds from the decadent cuisine.

Your part.

If you are reading this then we have launched our Go Fund Me and Indiegogo we are seeking $175,000 to make this dream a reality and are open to suggestions regarding funding.
We will be able to reduce the overwhelming cost of food by having a garden, however this will not provide for the needs at the beginning so we have budgeted a huge food allowance.
Each cabin will have certain amounts allocated to provide for the decorating based on size.

We are creating a membership based club, the cabins will be priced by size as well as season.

Note: the virtual version of our dream is the vision, the reality in the beginning will not include lush gardens, the flowers will be seedlings, the cabins will be 8 adorable sheds, hopefully with porches and the windows that come standard, you may also note there are no light switches, but I have faith we will remember those when we purchase the drywall to create internal walls for the restrooms.
