Even more than that, scouting members will also dedicate themselves to the community at large, environmentally, socially, and have the responsibility to maintain the values and norms of humanity.

Today is good news for all trainees, because they will be appointed. In its implementation, the ceremony was followed by all training participants, trainers, committees, and all parties organizing the activity. The inauguration starts from morning until noon. The inauguration ceremony was held in the form of ceremonies, all participants followed it with full of enthusiasm and kindling.

Purpose of the Ceremony

The purpose of the ceremony is to form scout members who have a disciplined attitude, respecting history and tradition. Starting from this, scouting education will give birth to community members to have attitudes:

• Foster a sense of responsibility and personal discipline.
• Having awareness and love for religion, morality, culture, nation and state.
• To be a leader for community members and be led by others.
• Having an orderly personality in living everyday life.
• Foster an attitude of care for others and mutual cooperation to solve problems that occur in the community.

Preparations You Need To Do Before The Ceremony

The inauguration ceremony requires various preparations, such as mental preparation and physical preparation. Mental preparation is preparing all trainees to be able to participate in the ceremony voluntarily. In addition, the trainees to be sworn in must first be equipped with knowledge about the implementation of the ceremony. While physical preparation is preparation that includes tools and items that must be prepared for ceremonial activities, such as flags, inauguration signs, and other things that support to be used so that the ceremony is carried out properly.

Procedure for the Inauguration Ceremony

Scouting member inauguration ceremonies can be done with various forms of formation. In carrying out this ceremony, we carry out the inauguration ceremony in accordance with the rules and educational guidelines that have been written in Boyman's book. Boyman is one of the books that becomes a basic guide in carrying out every scouting education activity.
