Welcome Party with all Scout Participants

Some time ago, we conducted training activities for students in the Aceh region and Lhokseumawe city. Participants in this activity are students from high school level. This activity is carried out by our scouting unit.

This activity was carried out for 3 days. This activity takes the form of a campsite. Each participant sent from each school will stay in the tent that we have provided. Some of the participants also brought their tents. That certainly helps us in facilitating this activity.

Participants arrive at the campsite in the afternoon. Arriving at the location, they have to do the registration stage. Each participant must bring all their data completeness. The data that we have specified on the invitation letter. When they arrived at the location, the committee consisting of my team immediately provided services.

After registering, in the afternoon we immediately set up a tent. Tents were set up by each participant, assisted by our guide. Unfortunately at this time we do not have any documentation left behind.

Upon arrival in the evening after dinner and worship, activities continued. In the evening we held a Meet & Great and Welcome Party with all participants. This activity took place in one of the local campus rooms. It should be noted, in this activity I have the responsibility as a secretarial team. We have several fields with predetermined teams.

That night we wore batik clothes. All simultaneously use batik clothes, as uniformity and form of love for the archipelago's artwork. Here we talk about many things, especially giving a general description of what they will do at this campsite. All participants seemed enthusiastic and enthusiastic about following this meeting. This time we will focus on providing guidance for scout participants for high school level.
