Has Anyone Invested with FundRise - Real Estate Investing?

I came across this real estate investing that helps average people be able to affordably invest in real estate.

Although I'm ALWAYS skeptical as to the legitimacy of these kinds of investing pools.

Anyone else on SteemIt encounter this FundRise? 

Any suggestions or opinions as to if it is legitimate?
