Very nice @acromott It reminds me of the time I made my own homemade kettlebell with some steel pipes and some free weights. I read that this was one of the best all around excersizes you could do. This would have been an excellent time for an experienced trainer. It took me about 1 month to recover from that one. I used to much weight and the muscle used had not been used since I was in my mothers womb, Oh I remember Kettle bells.
Great video, thanks.

hahah Yep! ;)
Little people can be fun to play with.

hahahaha great kettlebell in your video :D

Great stuff

Lol, that pretty funny. And here i am struggling with a 20 lbs bell.

Some weight is better then none ;)

Awesome! I think the kettlebell is underused in training, especially in athletes. As a D1 athlete, I have been exposed to many training programs and only few have utilized the kettlebell. Kettlebell swings are a great full body exercise, but my favorite has to be the Turkish Getup.

Yep yep! Turkish get ups are great!!

Perfect. GF just brought a bell home the other day!

Love the kettlebell! MOAR PLS
