last Saturday we with my husband drove to a shopping center and stopped on a red light x-sing in a few blocks from the center. There was a small liquor store close to my passenger's door.

Suddenly, there were a lot of police cars appeared with sirens and lights and moved to that store. Somebody ran from the store, cops followed for him, a lot of mess and no one understood what was happened. and I told:

• Common, I don't have any plans to get a bullet in my ear today!

Finally the red light became green and my husband started to accelerate our car moving us from a possible shooting.

After 5 minutes he told me:

• Ok, I got it - today you don't want to get a bullet in your ear. but tell me to where you do want to get a bullet ... today
  We started to laugh and our laughing rinsed our stress.

В прошедшие выходные мы ехали в торговый центр и остановились в нескольких кварталах от него на красный свет светофора. Около моего пассажирского сиденья был небольшой ликеро-водочный магазин.

И вдруг со всех сторон к нему начали съезжаться полицейские машины с мигалками и сиренами. Кто-то убегает из этого магазина, копы за ним, кругом неразбериха. И тут я говорю мужу:

• Вот меньше всего я сегодня хочу получить пулю в ухо.

Загорается зеленый, машина рвется с места, унося нас от возможной перестрелки. Молчим. И где-то минут через 5 меня муж спрашивает:

• Ну хорошо, я понял что ты не хочешь сегодня пулю в ухо. А куда хочешь?
  Мы начали смеяться и наш дружный смех смыл остатки стресса.
