One of the things I do at my job, is deal with a lot of homeowners, and I am never done learning how to deal with them. For example, a lot of them pick stuff out online, and from the tv shows. The best part is we send them a list of things that need to be picked out, and have a spot for them to put where they found it. Half of the time I get it is at Home depot, and then I find out it is at lowes. It is just funny how people can not get simply directions right. And that it is back ordered, but of course they want it yesterday.
