When I take a long time I'm slow.
When he takes a long time he's thorough.
When I don't do it I'm Lazy.
When he doesn't do it he's too busy.
When I do something without being told I"m a know it all.
When he does something without being told that's initiative.
When I do well he forgets.
When he does well he never forgets.
