Hi Friends!
I’m just enjoying a glass of wine and a bowl of clam chowder at the Seattle Airport waiting for my flight to Frankfurt and thought I’d share a funny moment from a few days ago!
I went into my wallet super excited to see my steem power number finally change to 10k steem. Aside from spending about 3 thousand dollars on Steem when I first joined the platform - I’ve been working my way up to that number.
Close but no cigar...
My excitement was a little deflated, but oh well I thought... I’ll go in tomorrow when my next post pays out and celebrate.
The next day I went to login and saw that I was at 10k on the dot.
What is this wizardry?!?
Then I realized it must have have been one of those obnoxious 0.001 transfers! Thanks byesteem or one of the other scammy leaches for stealing my thunder. Maybe I should send them a 0.001 transfer thanking them for being such a big part of my journey to 10k SP.
Anyway, time to finish off this glass of wine and make it to my gate! Hope you guys got a little chuckle out of this story. It sure cracked me up a little.

Every post I've ever made has been from my stupid phone. That's over 1000 phone post, many done on a bus on the chug hole infested streets of Corpus Christi, so, whaaaaa! 😜

It was actually something much cooler than a transfer bot. Steem has a built in inflation rate for stored SP. You were earning Steem just by being a part of this network.
BTW congrats on this awesome work. I can't wait until I make it there too!

What??You spent $3,000 in this platform and you are admitting it.This proves that ladies are always honest.
I have met many people here who bought their name and fame by investing bulk amount of hard cash.But never admit it.
When asked they just come up with some phony answers like:
"I think it all became possible for my audience.I have never made any investment here.I just create something that people will love".
Then I check their transaction history and find that they have been moving money for promotion for so long.

Having a big enough stake earns you a small % daily. That's what happened. Those 0.001 aren't automatically converted to Steem Power, afterall.
