I have been lucky enough to travel quite a bit around the world. Visited lots of very different countries, with different cultures and so on. But there is one thing that kept happening to me all the time, the one thing that I encountered everywhere, despite the culture or religion of the place visited.

It goes like this:

Random local guy: Hi my friend! You buy from me? Where are you from?
Me: Hi mate! I am from Uruguay, and no thanks I don`t need a "fire proof" crocodile leather wallet, thanks.
Random local guy: Uruguay?? You like football! Luis Suarez! Luis Suarez!

Seriously? How can this clown represent us in such a way. Every time the word Uruguay came out from my mouth I had to see the locals getting excited and talking about Luis Suarez like he is a God.

How can this be possible? The dude is a cheater. He dives and overreacts to the slightest touch and asks the referee for yellow cards all the time. He bit Giorgio Chiellini on a World Cup match when millions of people are watching from all over the world.He also bit Otman Bakkal from PSV and Branislav Ivanovic from Chelsea. He had a racism issue with Patrice Evra. And the list goes on.

He repeatedly dives trying to get a penalty out of the easily influenced referees, and most of the time the sucker gets away with it.

He is an idol for lots of kids in my country (and probably all over the world too). But instead of giving an example being a honest sportsman... no, he prefers to cheat, simulate fouls, and bite and punch rivals.

To sum up... get over it football fans, Luis Suarez is just like Bitcoin... OVERRATED CRAP
