1. Well, if your kid is a gambling degenarate, I am sorry for him. But then again I am a small-time winning player with hopes of moving way up after I get my BS diploma. I wouldnt be winning if it wasnt for gamblers that lose to me, so we kinda need them in the game.
2. If I am playing 5 hour a day and then watch poker related videos another 3 hours am I addicted to poker? Or am I addicted to my profession of choice? A ballet dancer trains 10 hours a day and then goes to the theater to watch a spectacle. Is she/he addicted to ballet? Does that hurt her family?

The first video was a slot. Maybe it was card-related, we cant see. But the guy was pressing buttons with no decision whatsoever. It wasnt that funny but I can see the appeal to some people. But as I understand you are a parent. Do I have to show you a video of a person being born and tell you not to have a child because of that painful-looking video?

The second video is of a slot again... You see that woman pressing a button? Yes, she presses the button, nothing else. She doesnt have and cannot have any strategy, she doesnt play versus someone who can lose. She is destined to lose and that is it. Thats not poker at all. Its a slot machine with some cards that might as well be the words "you win/lose".

About your intentions - what is your profession if you dont mind me asking? Reread your post but replace "poker" with your skill. Doesnt feel that good to read BS about your ways from a person who doesnt know jack about it, does it?
