      You post too often, if I follow you it will clog my feed. It looks like you copy and paste articles from the internet without including sources. This isn't contributing to steemit, it's just plagarism.

      Post less, post better quality content (that isn't plagarised) and then once you have a done that for a month, come back and ask me again in a month or two.
