Policemen from Norfolk (England) immediately drew attention to this battered car, which also had the wheel dropped.
Of course, the officers immediately stopped the suspicious car, looked into the cabin and were very surprised. The condition of the machine inside was even worse than outside.
Instead of a seat, a man whose name is not called used an inverted bucket, and instead of not using the steering wheel he adjusted the pliers.
It's not clear what responsibility the driver is waiting for, but the police who published this story on their Twitter page said there were too many violations, and in general this is the most terrible machine they've ever seen in their lives.
