I must admit, seeing all the payments reset and having my vote suddenly become worthless again was a bit of a shock. Wasn't expecting this side effect of the hard fork, and I think many others were caught by surprise as well. But your meme is a great way to put things in perspective. I for one am perfectly willing to endure a few days of low payouts as the cost of improving the Steem network. Ultimately it's a small sacrifice to make, and I think everyone who's been around for a while will agree.
But I do worry about the impression it will give to newcomers who just signed up in the last day or so...
