A second article I really enjoyed writing, no editing, no cuts, nothing..

I am kinda habitually surf Google play feed and during this I come across some generic apps and some ingenious and some stupid and some funny apps.

Damn I wrote this some word many times!

Ok, so I said funny,

Give a look to this app named nothing. Basically this app does nothing.

Important note: I made this brilliant logo, because I don't know how to download app logos from play store :icri:

And even more funny is its app reviews. Just look at this,

And just like that, today I came across app which tells you to when to drink water.

I don't want to disclose app name for NO particular reason.

So what I am going to tell you is even more then rocket science (and I don't know what rocket science is.. But it must be something stupid thing made by humans)..So brace yourselves.

You have to drink water when you are thirsty, mkay?

That was some lame bs now hear some serious stuff which is really beneficial to your health and that's my personal experience.

Experience speaks the best.

When you wake up, drink a water until you feel satisfied.

Then do your regular schedule just do not eat yet, except that do whatever you do for 20-30 minutes and then take your breakfast.
