Just in time for Bowl Season...Top 4 Post-game Freakouts

in funny •  7 years ago  (edited)

Ok, so in all fairness, not all of these videos are college football coaches. However, there are some that were just too good to pass up and others (PLAYOFFS?!?!) that just didn't make the cut. If I missed your favorite, feel free to drop a link in the comment section.

#4. "We Need More Dogs" - Bennett Presser - Coastal Carolina

God willing the screen door is still broken so Bennett Presser can crank out more gems like this.

#3. "I'm a Man" - Mike Gundy - Oklahoma State

"That's why I don't read the newspaper...(because I can't hold it properly, and I often times have multiple pages slip out when I'm trying to show off the cover story)"

Given his age at the time of this rant (40, if you missed it), you'd like to think Mike would be able to able to fold that "piece of garbage" into beautiful bulletin board origami. Instead, he's just like you, me and the rest of those damn millennials that never mastered the art of properly holding onto printed press.

#2. "Can't Win with 'em" - Mike Singletary - San Francisco 49ers

Samurai Mike bringing the sword down on Vernon Davis, similar to how he has dropped his pants to his players during a halftime speech to convey his displeasure (http://www.espn.com/nfl/news/story?id=3673441).

#1. "If you want to crown 'em..." - Dennis Green - Arizona Cardinals

Shout-out to the reporter that dropped the faint "Thanks, Coach." as Denny storms off the stage. Odds are, that's the same guy that says "Thank you, sir." to a police officer after a speeding ticket, but I admire his attempt to draw out a few more seconds of post-game gold. Coach Green was right, the Bears were who we thought they were. Defense, special teams, and Rex Grossman.

If you like this list, and want to see more like them, let me know. I'm going to run a series of these across several different categories and some input would help to get the people what they want!
