Bernie & AOC

The wise Yoda once said regarding the Sith, "Always two there are, a master and an apprentice", that seems to ring true when you look at Bernie and AOC. Think about the story of Star Wars, it's basically a great example of the failing of socialism. It's starts with people trying to do what they think is best for the good of everyone else, but someone has to be in control of all that power. That is the part they don't seems to understand, yes it sounds nice that everything belongs to the community, but someone has to decide who gets what and what issues take priority. This is why socialism has and always will fail, because those that those get voted in to govern, are subject to the will of the mob until the achieve the position. Then they mostly become corrupted by the power they wield, and fight to keep it by any means necessary.

Democracy is unfortunately not what it is made out to be as, never underestimate the stupidity of people in large numbers. A classic example of that it with the recent appointment of AOC to congress, the more she talks the more it becomes clear just how uneducated she is, basically a stupid person is now in a position of power. This. has been happening in my country for the last 20 years, politicians are voted in because they make ridiculous promises, because they are appealing to what the people want. Even though the only way to go about achieving this goal is to infringe on the rights of others, like robbing them blind with just tax.
