Just emmigrate to the Netherlands, our shops do not sell trump merchandise and products :)

There are a few in Amsterdam which do sell those items.

But yes in this perspective and many others, The Netherlands are good ;)

Almost all boycotts are stupid ideas. Very rarely do they actually serve a legitimate/useful purpose.

"I don't like that politician! Boycott all of the stores everywhere!"

^ What does that actually accomplish?

I've discovered this aspect of making comics to be the most difficult to convey.

Making the comic appear impartial is hard to do sometimes to make any given point. Sometimes someone's shell is just going to have to be broken for the comic to truly convey it's inspiration. If the comic creator can successfully make the art of shell breaking subjective to the viewer, then #Full4KHQ has been achieved.

Without a doubt. I think I failed with the title for this comic. 'Boycott Trump' implies to the reader that I want them to boycott Trump even before they have read the comic.

I think the end goal of #grabyourwallet is to have these retailers remove Trump's product line from their stores, which of course would cost him money and piss him off.

I don't think it will have any success because his merch is everywhere. What? People are just supposed to stop shopping? It's America, consumption is what we do best!

Well, good luck to them. Most of the people who do political boycotts were never buyers of the products or patrons of the stores in the first place. No big loss for the retailers.

The funny thing is...when the Trump supporters learn of this boycott, they'll likely begin purchasing the products and shopping at those stores. It happens every time. When will these boycotters finally figure that out?

Finding the alternatives to make the Trump businesses an alternative not worth delving into makes it possible hopefully for most... Often though, one will find themselves trading a wolf for a wolverine and that might just be worse a choice while a choice that originally looked better. Well done on this little caricature of a modern middle-class couple. It sure gave me an easy smile.
