Sozzled = very drunk. The middle white squiggly bits look like rather wonky legs with hooves on the end, like Eeyore was so drunk he just slid down the wall with his back legs stuck out in front of him. I'm not quite sure what happened to the rest of him. Maybe he's tilting to the side or maybe his head fell off (I hope not!)
