"Hello?"
"Hi, I'm looking for [my husband] or [me]."
"Speaking."
"Hi! I'm [name] calling from [doesn't matter]. We'll have techs doing work in your area, and we're offering free, no-obligation estimates for home renova--"
"We don't own the house."
"Okaythanksbye! [hangs up]"
Yep. Quickest telemarketer call ever. And I'm highly amused by it.
Lol. So funny. I have a scammer that keeps calling me telling me my warranty is expiring on my car. I just say my car 21 years old and that ends the call.

We have about twenty calling about the warranty on our car.
Sometimes, though very rarely, they actually know when it was purchased (probably went digging) and tries to claim it's some sort of offshoot of the dealership we got it from. It didn't have a warranty when we bought it.
I like to ask them what kind of a car I drive. It's hilarious, because sometimes they try to guess. Apparently I sound like someone that would drive a Prius. =___=
I drive a '99 Dodge Ram 1500, thanks. I could run over a Prius and only feel a small bump.
Another one we get often is a call about an expired microchip in one of our pets and years ago it used to be an automated message saying they'd be mailing me the necessary information. Never received anything.
Nowadays, they try to get you to renew the microchip subscription. I tell them, "Okay. If you can tell me what the animal is, its name, and how old it is."
Other times, when I'm feeling especially snarky, I'll go, "Oh, no! How will I ever find my goldfish if he runs away!? Yes, please! Renew his microchip subscription!" There's usually silence for a few seconds and then they hang up on me.
Oh, there are so many stories to tell about phone calls...
