How did this Skull end up in this Tree???

in funny •  7 years ago

At first I assumed it was put there on purpose, but it isn't possible!

As I was strolling aroung in an open field in Montana, I discovered this skull in a tree.

At first I assumed that it was placed there randomly by some person, but I looked closer I realized the branches were by far to long to have been mounted.

I thought, how could this be? How did this happen?

The only thing that made sense was that the actual tree slowly grew branches through the skull. Interesting, huh? And very strange!

Hint: someone used a ladder.

Hmm the likelihood of someone dragging a ladder into a remote field to hang a skull on a tree is quite low. Plus the branches are too tall.

Upvoted for being a curiousity, and bonus points for Montana!

Thx!

OH!! I've been wondering where I put that!!!

Found it! Lol

Yes It's possible that branches grew into it. I once saw a skull on a tree in a forest as well, but it was possible it was put up there because the branches weren't long.

It was a little eerie to come across...

That's a complete mystery,very strange indeed.

It's very strange, but I'm pretty sure the tree grew through it over a couple of years.

It was totally aliens. I love that guy!

Mystery solved. Now I just need to find my car keys. I'm starting to think aliens took them.

It could've been put there a while back and now the branches have grown. Or vultures/eagles?

My guess is that the tree grew through it slowly. But it could have been eagles as we have a ton of them here!
