In their wisdom, they have decided that even though the receiver took 92 steps after making the catch, the touchdown would be disallowed because the receiver fell down.
Everything after the play has been erased and the teams will need to pick up with the appropriate down and distance resulting from the now incomplete pass.
The process to determine the down and distance should take another 6 weeks to complete.
If the outcome has playoff ramifications, all playoff games will need to be replayed.
Miraculously the Patriots Super Bowl loss will be erased and they will win the real Super Bowl around July 30th.
