Ah, we've all had dates one way or the other in this life. Have you ever had a Date that sued you after your first date? A man from Austin sues his date right after they watch Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2.
I am now positive that most of us here have had bad dates in the past one way or the other.
Brandon Vezmar, 37, from Austin, Texas had just the bad night enough to sue his date for $17.31 for texting during the duration of the movie. Why $17.31? According to Brandon, this was to compensate for the expensive 3D ticket to the movie.
I want to hear your thoughts about this
I know that we have had bad dates in the past, but is it truly enough to take this to a small claims court and pursue the lawsuit for $17.31? Or just move on?
