that's probably the most effective way, i try to do a few each day, it works if everyone of us is actively recruiting, even 1 successful new participant a day is a big win for our tiny group (and an even bigger win for them as you already know how generous the upvotes, prizes, and followings are worth), keep up the awesome vocals!
