Опять про Таиланд. В Тае граждане покупают свой первый автомобиль под 0% годовых аж на 20 лет. При этом, если ты покупаешь двухдверный пикап, то тебе его один раз в жизни продают за ПОЛОВИНУ стоимости! В Тае нет подоходного налога, нет автомобильного налога, нет налога на малый бизнес. Еще одна интересная особенность - в процессе переработки пальмового масла получается технический пальмовый спирт, его добавляют в пропорции 50 на 50 к бензину и получается газолин. При распаде газолина выделяется меньше ядовитых газов, поэтому выхлоп у автомобиля не такой вредный.
И вот одна русская, которая давно живет и работает в Тае, решила купить себе авто в кредит. Таец ее долго отговаривал:
- Давай оформим кредит на тайца, не будет никакой переплаты, а пикап вообще почти бесплатно!
- Нет, я так не могу, вдруг что случится, а за меня надо будет кредит выплачивать.
- Ну как знаешь, а то там для иностранцев сумасшедший кредит - АЖ ЦЕЛЫХ 3,6% ГОДОВЫХ!
