The left has always believed secretly, that if you pick up a gun, that gun actually gives you power. That secret belief, combined with their innate fear of the gun itself; forces them to avoid practicing with these evil implements.
This likely saves lives, as History shows that liberals are the one responsible for all the mass shootings! Good thing they are not good with guns; if they practiced, it would triple the body count!
