And if it did make us super rich, what's keeping all the other countries from being like, 'We don't like gold anymore because this isn't fair. We like spiders. Pay us in spiders.' Would that make our economy collapse? Could you buy spiders with gold? What would the exchange rate be? Would it be in metric or imperial? I already can't remember how to convert to metric and it's going to get worse if I have to convert to metric spiders.
