The Fürstenzug (Procession of Princes) is a wide fresco, depicted a riding parade of the sovereigns of Saxony in Dresden Germany. The picture was initially drawn between the years 1871 to 1876, in order to celebrate the 800th anniversary of the Wettin Dynasty, Saxony's ruling family. In order to make the paint waterproof, it was replaced with roughly 23, 000 Meissen porcelain tiles, between the years 1904 to 1907. With a length of 102 metres (335 ft), it is known to be the biggest porcelain artwork in the world. The painting present the ancestral images of the 35 margraves, electors, dukes and kings of the House of Wettin, between the years 1127 to 1904.
