I just came into Steemit, but after a lot of thinking about it. It's clear to me that when you and I came up with similar posts this morning I was on the right track. My assumption, though, is that the education is happening by example, and it is working.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
