I am not a sweet tooth person but trust me Indian desserts are to die for. they are so rich of dryfruits and milk and ghee( clarified homemade butter)
today ill share the recipe of Carrot pudding which is very good for health and cooked mostly in winters to keep body warm and elastic.
So lets check out how it is made
Ingredients:
5-6 Grated Carrots
2 cups sugar
5 Big Spoon Ghee
1 pinch cardamom Powder
1 Glass milk
Chopped Dry fruits
Method:
A. Heat a pan add ghee and add grated carrots and let it saute
B. After 5 mins of carrots in the pan add sugar and milk let it get completely cooked
C. Once the carrots are cooked and milk is thickened add chopped mix dry fruits and pinch of cardamom mix well and allow it to cool or serve hot.
