I could not agree more. Just like a Chinese ancient Confusius said, "a long journey starts with a single step." Day after day, we ought to take a positive action to improve ourselves whether to lose weight, read a book, regular exercise, or helping others. There are many positive things we can do to improve our life or others. Being jealous toward other people's success or just watch TV all day long will not help much. If we want to improve something for ourselves, all we need is action. It takes a personal discipline. If a goal is too big, we have to break or schedule to do it a small part one thing at a time.
