The cheat day continues!! Every cheat day has to involve some sort of nachos!!
Here are some "high end" shall we say, nachos that I had today.
They're tuna nachos with black berry in the middle and topped with all sorts of goodies!!
- Tuna
- Cilantro
- Jalapenos
- Green Onion
- Red Pepper
- In-House Soy Sauce!!
They were super delicious and really refreshing on this 93 Degree day!! It was so hot and so nice to enjoy this meal by the sun and lake!!
As I mentioned before, cheat days are special.
Not only because you get to eat delicious food, but because you get to remind yourself of why you're doing what you do.
You're dieting because you're trying to make your lifestyle better. You're trying to be healthy and you're trying to experience more life rather than deprive yourself of every carb and every good tasting food forever.
Life is a balance and cheat days, when used properly, have their own place in that balance!!
