You might have seen recent Gallup polling on Ukrainians' desire to end the war. I'd be careful to take the results at face value. The Gallup poll lacked a lot of important details.

On the matter of territorial concessions, security guarantees are very important to Ukrainians. They know that Putin will use a ceasefire to rearm. And most are against freezing the current lines of war.

I should of course note that Putin according to Reuters is not interested in giving up any of the occupied territory. And wants Ukraine to demilitarize.
