I want to introduce an old but very nice volley-ball manager game : http://www.vm-manager.org/
For all volley-ball fans, the game is very easy to apprehend, and very complete.
Make your team on the transfer market, compete with real players all around the globe .Each country has a league, with several level depending on each country's number of users.
Pretty easy to use, you just have to set up your players, your strategy , attack, defense, time out , about 20 different skills for players.
You can develop building to grow your income, buy /sell players, recruit junior in a formation center. Train players of your team, manage your coaches .
Come test Vm Manager, it does not take a lot of time when your set up is done, everyone is welcome, it's free to play ,though few features are available when paying, like beach volley ball, or junior championship, but paying won't make you stronger than free players :)
