This character is known from Megaman X4 Jet Stingren (ジェット・スティングレン) - Its a member of Reptiliforce. [Reptiliforce navy - Megaman robots/bots] He have a great respect for both General and Colonel so that, general has a respect for the reploids independence. This character created a quite a mess when attacking citys underground powerstation. Challenging creature.
