Final Fantasy I
Development
Final Fantasy was developed during Square's imminent bankruptcy in 1987 and in a humorous show director Hironobu Sakaguchi declared that his "final" game would be a "fantasy" RPG, hence the name. When Sakaguchi was questioned about the type of game he wanted to do, he replied: "I do not think I have what it takes to make a good action game, I think I'm better at telling a story." The concept of Sakaguchi was that of a game with a great world to explore and an attractive story that attracts players.Sakaguchi took a ROM in game development and took it to the Japanese magazine Family Computer, but it was not taken into account . In contrast, the gaming magazine Famitsu gave it extensive coverage. The development team was made up of seven people, while the other team at Square had about twenty. Sakaguchi said that if the game was not sold, he would stop making video games and return to the University to recover one year. Only 200,000 copies would be produced, but Sakaguchi begged the company to make 400,000 and help create a sequel, which they agreed to.3
The characters of the game and the title logo were designed by Yoshitaka Amano. The stage was written by Akitoshi Kawazu and freelance writer Kenji Terada. The Americo-Iranian independent programmer Nasir Gebelli, who was living in Japan at the time, worked as a programmer for the game. Among the other developers were Hiromichi Tanaka, Kōichi Ishii, and Kazuko Shibuya. Continuing the successful location in the United States of Dragon Quest, Nintendo of America translated Final Fantasy into English and published it in the United States in 1990. The American version of Final Fantasy was modestly successful, partially thanks to the aggressive tactics of Nintendo that so. No version of the game was marketed in the Europe and Australasia region until the launch of Final Fantasy Origins in 2003.
The music for Final Fantasy was composed by Nobuo Uematsu and was his sixteenth musical composition for a videogame.
History
Final Fantasy takes place in a fantasy world with three large continents. The elemental powers in this world are determined by the state of four crystals, each governs one of the four basic elements: earth, fire, water and wind. The world of Final Fantasy is inhabited by numerous races, including humans, elves, dwarves, sirens, dragons and robots. Each non-human race has its own people in the game, although some individuals are found in human villages in other areas as well. Four hundred years before the start of the game, the inhabitants of the Lufenia people used the power of wind crystal to build aircraft and a gigantic space station, the Flying Fortress, but they witnessed the decline of their country and how the wind crystal darkened . Two hundred years later, violent storms sank a massive temple that served as the center of an oceanic civilization and the crystal of water darkened. The crystals of Earth and Fire followed, plaguing the earth with violent flares and rotting the plains and vegetation of the Melmondia farming village. Some time later, the wise Luka said a prophecy that announced the arrival of the four Warriors of Light with four crystals to save the world in times of darkness.
The game begins with the appearance of the four young Warriors of Light, the heroes of history, who carry with them each of the darkened crystals. Initially, the Warriors of Light arrive in Cornelia, a powerful kingdom that has witnessed the abduction of their princess, Sara, by an evil knight named Gárland. The Warriors of Light travel to the Temple of Chaos, near Cornelia, where they defeat Gárland and return Princess Sara to their home. In gratitude, the king of Cornelia builds a bridge that allows the Warriors of the Light to continue east, to the city of Pravoca. There, the Warriors of Light free the town of Bike and its pirate gang, and they get the pirate ship for their own use. Although they have the possibility of traveling through the water, the warriors are trapped in the Aldean Sea, as a large rock blocks the exit of this sea. A group of dwarves of the Monte Duegario try to destroy the rock but they can not destroy it without nitropolvo, which is in a room in the Cornelia Castle but the only way to get it is with the key that the Prince of the Elves has, in Elfeim.
The Warriors of Light ask for help from the prince of the elves, but he contracted a terrible disease from which he fell asleep indefinitely, only witch Matoya can prepare the brew, but it will not help if he does not recover his glass eye. In the search for the crystal eye the warriors will enter the West Fortress, which is now in ruins, and its only inhabitant is a Prince, who asks them to recover a crown from the Swamp Cave, the warriors agree and when they surrender it, the prince he reveals himself as Astos, a dark elf guilty of putting the elven prince to sleep. After defeating him, the Warriors of Light recover the crystal eye of the witch Matoya, who prepares a concoction that will awaken the Prince of Elves from his dream. As soon as he wakes up, the prince gives the warriors the Mystic Key, necessary to open certain doors in the warehouse of the Cornelia Castle, where they find the nitropolvo. Back home to the dwarves, they deliver the nitropolvo, and the dwarves open a strait between the Aldean Sea and the ocean.
After visiting the ruined village of Melmondia, the Warriors of Light enter the Cave of Earth to defeat the Vampire that the villagers believe causes the putrefaction of the earth. After defeating the Vampire, the warriors discover that the earth is still rotting, so they go to the Cave of the Titan to talk to the wise Sada. This reveals to them that the true source of putrefaction is in the deepest part of the Earth Cave and gives them the Earth Staff, with which the Warriors of Light discover a secret passage that leads to two other levels deep within the Earth. Cave of the Earth in which they defeat the Demon of the Lich Earth, stopping the putrefaction of the earth. Continuing their journey, the Warriors of Light arrive at Crescent Lake, a village on the river bank, in the village they meet the famous Circle of Sages, which tells the warriors that the fire demon Marilith, Marilita or Kary Hides in the West, on Mount Gulgui. One of the wise ones gives the canoe to the warriors, so now they can travel by river, and thus be able to access Mount Gulgui to defeat Marilita. With the second Crystal restored, the Warriors get the Levi Stone in the Ice Cave, this stone serves to activate the flying boat, and thus be able to reach the northern continents. They travel to Las Islas Cardias, where they are

Development
In 1988, Squaresoft decided to repeat the great successes that they achieved with the first part, and published the second edition of the RPG Final Fantasy saga, which was only available for the consoleFamicom, Japanese version of NES.
This new release brings previously overlooked news. Now the characters have predestined their trade, but this 2 MB cartridge had the ability to save up to four different games (in Final Fantasy I we could only save one) and a way to memorize keywords of a conversation and use them later.
History
The story is about the adventures of four young men from the Fynn kingdom named Firion, Maria, Guy and León. His parents are killed during the invasion of the army of the Emperor of Palamecia, who has invoked monsters of hell in his quest to dominate the world. Fleeing from the emperor's monsters, the four are attacked and presumed dead. Firion, Maria and Guy are rescued by Princess Hilda of Fynn and her wounds healed by her wizard Minu. She has established a rebel base in the nearby city of Altaira, called Rosa Salvaje. Eager to prove their worth to the resistance movement, the remaining three young men undertake a series of missions against Palamecia and join forces with a variety of allies not only to defeat the Emperor, but also to locate María's missing brother, León.
After being rejected by Hilda from being part of the rebels, Firion, Maria and Guy go to Fyn to try to find Leon. However, they run into Prince Scott of Kasuan, hiding in a secret room in the City Pub. This is in the last moments of his life, but he is still able to tell the group that the defeat of Fynn was due to the betrayal of Count Borghen. He also tells the group about his brother Gordon, telling them that he knows Gordon has great strength. Scott gives Firion his ring and tells him that he will always love Hilda. With his last breath, he says these words and dies. The group returns to Altaira and they give the ring to Hilda. She recognizes it as Scott's ring and asks Firion to keep it, telling her that it is a brave man's ring. Hilda recognizes the value of the group to return from Fynn, so it allows them to be part of the rebels. Recognizing her strength, Hilda asks the group to go to Salmandia to look for mitrilo, since Josef, a member of the rebellion that was sent to look for him, has not returned and Hilda has not heard anything from him since he went to Salmandia. Minu also joins the group for this mission.
The group finds Josef, but he is not willing to give information, since Palamecia's empire has kidnapped Nelly, Josef's daughter, and Borghen has threatened to kill her if she helps the resistance. The group arrives at the Semit Cascade where they release Nelly and the other inhabitants of Salmandia del Imperio. After defeating one of the Imperial Sergeants, they take the Mithril and make their way back to Altaira.
After making weapons and equipment with mitrile for the Resistance, the group is sent to Bafek, where the Palamecia Empire has enslaved the inhabitants and makes them build a blimp of great power known as the Battleship. It is built under the watchful eye of the Dark Knight of the Empire. However, it has now been withdrawn after the loss of the mitrilo and has been replaced by the hapless Borghen, delaying the completion. This gives the resistance the perfect opportunity to destroy the Battleship before it is over. However, just before reaching the aircraft through the Bafek sewers, the group meets the Dark Knight, who has not really left Bafek after all, appears and disappears with the Battleship before the group arrives. The Battleship attacks the cities of Poft, Palum, Gatrea and Altaira, but, miraculously, the base in Altaira is unharmed. A plan is carried out to use the Piroluz of the kingdom of Kasuan but to enter, they need either the Divine Bell or the voice of a Kasuanes. Josef helps the group to enter the Snow Cave and the group recovers the bell that is inside. At the start, Borghen attacks the group, and although he is defeated, he makes a rock fall off to crush the group. Josef brakes the rock to allow the group to escape, but is crushed by the rock, dying on the spot.
Pained, but energetic for the determination to avenge Josef, the group heads towards the kingdom of Kasuan to recover the Piroluz. The group uses the Divine Bell to enter, where they meet with Gordon, who helps them locate the Egil Torch, the only vessel that Piroluz can carry. The group defeats a Red Soul and recover the torch and the Piroluz. Upon leaving, they witness how Cid's Flying Boat is hijacked by the Battleship and then stops at the northern end of Fynn to replenish its fuel supplies. The group arrives there, frees Cid (and Hilda, who was on board in Cid's Flying Boat), and throws the Piroluz into the Battleship's engine, destroying it once and for all.
The group returns triumphantly to Altaira, only to know that the king is about to die. With his last breath, he forms a trident of attack against the Empire, in an attempt to recover Fynn. In his plan, he sends Minu to Mysidia to recover the supreme magic of Artema, Gordon takes command of the rebel army to directly attack Fynn, and Firion's group addresses
the kingdom of Deist to ask the help of the Dragos and the Draconarius. With the help of Leila, a pirate captain, the group reaches Deist but they discover that only one Dragon is still alive. However, the beast is dying, poisoned by the empire. Give the group the last egg of Drago, which the group takes to the Cavern of Deist in order to incubate and accelerate its growth process. The group returns to Altaira with empty hands and to their surprise the Hilda they rescued in the Battleship is not really Hilda, but a Queen Lamia whom they defeat. Soon they learn that a tournament is being held at the Palaiscia Coliseum, handing Hilda out as a prize. The group, with the help of Gordon, arrive at the Colosseum and defeat a Béjimo, winning Hilda as a prize. However, the Emperor of Palamecia, who was supervising them personally, traps and locks the group in the dungeons. They are saved by the thief Paul, who opens his cells. Hilda and Gordon escape by themselves, while the rest of the group attracts the attention of the guards. An attack is planned on Fynn Castle and the rebel army is established on the outskirts of the city. Firion, Maria, Guy and Leila direct the attack on the castle's owner, Gottos, defeating him and giving the rebels an important victory. However, Minu has not returned, so Gordon sends the group to find Minu at the Mysidia Tower. After obtaining the Crystal Rod from the Mysisdia Cavern, the group goes to the Tower but they are swallowed by Leviathan. Shipwrecked and without Leila, the group makes its way from the bowels of Leviathan to the mouth, where, with the help of Arturo Céfiro - the last Draconarius - they are able to retake the ship and defeat an Ascaride. They then defeat the bosses of the Tower: Fire Giants, Ice Giants and Thunder Gigas, and finally find Minu in the Chamber of the Seal, desperately trying to break it to open the way to Artema. In a last effort, Minu succeeds, but at a high price: he also succumbs to death to help the group in its battle against the Emperor. The group takes the Book of Artema, and therefore the magic and returns to Fynn but something is wrong. The cities of Altair, Gatrea, Paloom and Poft have been destroyed by a Cyclone invoked by the Emperor. It threatens to destroy the world to pieces if the group does not find a way to stop it. However, the idea of Gordon paves the way for the emergence of Drago's last egg, which comes to the castle to help the group to reach the Cyclone. Finally, the group defeats the Emperor in the cyclone. After the death of the Emperor, Leon, whom everyone believed dead, is revealed as the Dark Knight of the Emperor and his right hand, decides to be crowned as the new emperor. Firion and his friends go to Palamecia to stop him, but when the group confronts Leon, the Emperor returns from hell, more powerful than ever and with the intention of reigning over Earth and Hell. Arturo retains the Emperor, so the group and Leon can escape from the castle in the Drago, but the Emperor kills the Draconarius with ease. After Arthur's death, the Dark Emperor invokes Pandemonium, the strength of the Lord of Hell, to start a new empire. After obtaining Excalibur de Deist, the treasured sword of the Dragos, the group makes its way through the Jade Passage, entering Pandemonium from below. Inside the castle, the group fights with several of the Emperor's most powerful minions, including the reincarnation of General Borghen himself, finally reaching the summit of Pandemonium. A fierce battle is unleashed, as the Emperor tries to destroy the last hope of the rebels and the world. Despite its powerful spells and its ability to lower meteors, the Emperor is finally defeated and finally dissipates into nothingness, condemned to the hell he led against the world for so long. Firion and his friends breathe a sigh of relief, and then return to Fynn Castle, where Hilda, Gordon, Nelly, Leila, Paul and all wait to congratulate them on their victory. In the wake of the battle, life begins again for all these characters. However, Leon is skeptical of his own future. Despite Maria's protests, Firion lets him go, but reminds Leon that there's always a place for him in Fynn

Final Fantasy III
Development
Final Fantasy III (フ ァ イ ナ ル フ ァ ン タ ジ ー III Fainaru Fantajī Suri?) Is a role-playing video game developed and published by Square in 1990 that is part of the Final Fantasy video game series. The game was released only in Japan for the Famicom (known internationally as NES), and was ported and remade in 2006 by Matrix Software, with changes, new additions and graphic remodeling in full 3D for the Nintendo DS. On September 25, 2012, the digital version for PlayStation Portable came to light. This is the second numbered delivery that uses the system of works, improving it, system that would mature definitively with the fifth delivery, and is one of the best games of the console. Do not confuse it with Final Fantasy VI, which in the United States appeared as Final Fantasy III because it was the third Final Fantasy that was published there
History
Legend has it that from time to time the balance is broken between light and darkness, disappearing darkness and light respectively. When the balance is broken in favor of light, 4 warriors of darkness appear to restore balance; and when the balance leans towards the darkness, 4 warriors of the light appear to return to restore the balance. The plot develops when the balance is broken leaning into darkness:
Long ago, the great wizard Noah was on the verge of death and divided his legacy among his three disciples. A Doga gave him the domain of magic, Unne the domain of dreams and Zande, mortality. However, Zande despised his assigned role and longed for the mastery of the three worlds. This ambition leads him to invoke the Cloud of Darkness of the Dark World to fulfill his orders. Owen, another of Noah's disciples, decides to create the Floating Continent and a tower to control it, and designates his son Desch to watch over the tower. However, the tower is being besieged by monsters, and his son is forced to escape, losing his memory in the catastrophe.
Four onion Knights warriors appear, and the crystal of the wind commends them to go to the outside world but the passage is blocked by a large rock on the outskirts of the city of Kazus, so they enter it and discover that all the inhabitants have been transformed into ghosts. The Jinn is responsible for this, and has locked himself in the Sealed Cave. Cid, an eccentric man lends them his flying boat so they can reach the cave. When they arrive at the cave they meet Princess Sara from the Castle of Sasune, and she has the Mitrile Ring, vital to seal Jinn forever. After beating it they seal it inside the ring. Later Sara leads them to the Castle of Sasune, where she throws the ring to a spring to break the spell. The king, father of Sara, expresses his support for the mission of the Warriors of Light and gives them a canoe. Later in the Cave of the Altar, the Crystal of Air tells them the plans of Zande, an evil magician possessed by darkness, and entrusts them with a mission: to be the four legendary warriors destined to defeat the evil one and to restore order in the world . This gives them legendary jobs, so they have to say goodbye to their families and start the trip.
Later Cid asks for help to Takka, the blacksmith of Kazus, so that he equips his ship with a battering ram to destroy the great rock that blocks the way towards the outskirts. Finally they get it but the ship is destroyed. The first city that young people cross is Canaan, from where Cid is natural, so he stays there. Continue east to a long mountain that seems to be the home of Bahamut, the king of dragons. Their intrusion leads them to their nest. Unexpectedly they meet Desch, a mysterious man afflicted with amnesia. This encourages them to flee from the monster. They manage to flee, and disembark in the Forest of Healing. Desch gives them the spell Minimalia, used to reduce the size of enemies, and joins the group in order to discover who he really is.
Using the spell given by Desch, they discover a city of gnomes called Tozus. After giving a sick man an Antidote, he opens a step to the real world again. They take the Hidden Path and get out near the Vikings Lair. But the Vikings are paralyzed by a sea creature called Neptodragon, and with the hope that they destroy the beast, they lend to the Warriors of Light their ship. The warriors enter the temple of Nepto and discover that a ruby eye on the statue of Neptodragon has been stolen by a giant rat. After placing the eye in its place, Neptodragon calms the seas and rewards them by giving them the Water Fang, one of the four keys.
Grateful the Vikings, they give the boat to the group heading to the Owen Tower, where in its upper floor Desch remembers that he is the guardian and must stay there, throws himself into a fire chamber and eliminates the whirlpool that impeded the passage with the ship.
Following the new journey they arrive at the dwelling of the dwarves, who, exalted announce that they have stolen a sacred horn. When they go to retrieve him to a nearby grotto, they meet Guzco, responsible for the robbery, who attacks them. Guzco disappears mysteriously and drops the sacred horn. When carrying the missing horn to the showcase, Guzco appears again, who has been following them, transformed into a shadow. And try to steal both horns.
With the horns they go to the cavern of fire where they find another crystal and learn new jobs. The warriors continue their journey to Tokkul, as soon as they arrive they are locked in the dungeons. The responsible was Hyne, who betrayed King Argus and seeks to immobilize the tree of life. After contriving to escape, they reach Hyne and They defeat him. Grateful, a new tusk is given and the wheel of time to deliver it to Cid. Cid manages to transform the Viking ship into a flying boat which allows you to leave the floating continent. Everyone is shocked to see the immensity of the outside world and see that it was covered by a black fog. One of the accessible areas is the water temple and a wrecked ship, where there is a girl named Elia who is badly injured, so they give her a potion to recover. When she reacts, she realizes that the warriors are the chosen and accompanies them to the Temple of Water to open the way for them, since only she could. In the Water Temple they collect the Water Crystal. Elia dies giving them the power of the Water Crystal and causing the lands of the outside world to emerge. The warriors wake up in an inn where they are told they have been sleeping for several days and find out that they need certain floating slippers to continue advancing in the adventure. After a few trips through the sewers they get them. When leaving the town, they realize that the boat is anchored and they can not fly it, the person in charge of it is in the Goldor mansion. The warriors agreed easily thanks to the shoes, and inside they face Goldor which destroys the crystal so they can not have it. There they found the key to unpin the Flying Boat. But when flying over Saronia, the ship is attacked and destroyed. Saronia is divided into factions, as they explore the city they save a boy who happens to be Prince Alus, who asks for an audience with his father and they spend the night there. During the night the King, manipulated by Gilgamesh, intends to kill his son. But he manages to avoid the filociodio, committing suicide. After an arduous battle, the warriors manage to eliminate Gilgamesh. Alus, by inheriting the throne, builds a new flying ship for the warriors, capable of flying through the air currents. Upon arriving at Doga's mansion, they are greeted aggressively by several Moguris, but Doga orders them not to do anything. And he begins to tell the story of Zande, Unne and himself. He explains that they need to get the Eureka Key through a passageway that crosses their mansion, when they get it, Doga transforms the Flying Bank into Submarine. With this new feature, at the bottom of the ocean they will recover Noah's harp to awaken Unne from her incessant sleep. When they recover it they go to awaken Unne. When he awakes, he gives them 2 fangs. And the way to get the ship The Invincible capable of flying higher than the Nautilus of Saronia. This is found in the ancient ruins, which the warriors go through thanks to the company of Unne. Once the invincible Unne got them tells them to go for the last tusk and are seen later in the Cave of Doga. They go to the dark cave to get the last tusk in order to access the Crystal Palace. Inside the Palace, the warriors get the crystal of the earth. With this last achieved, the warriors follow the path to the cave of Doga, where at the end are Doga and Unne waiting for them, who tell them they need to be sacrificed to get to Zande. The warriors access the Silx Tower to enter the Eureka dimension. The warriors will arrive in a room where there are 5 dragon statues that paralyze them. At that moment they make appearance Sara, Cid, Desh, Alus, and the imitators warriors of the light of the city of the floating sneakers to seal the power of the dragons while they submerge in the world of the darkness. There they will defeat Zande and then the Cloud of Darkness will appear, Defeating the warriors. Doga and Unne use their spirit to revive them and thus to attack the Cloud of Darkness in their dimension, for it they go to look for the dark warriors that await each of the dark crystals to weaken the power of the Cloud of Darkness. And finally, they defeat the cloud of darkness by restoring the balance of Light and Darkness in the world.

Final Fantasy IV
Development
In 1990, after finishing Final Fantasy III, Square set out to develop two games of Final Fantasy, one for Nintendo Famicom (Nintendo Entertainment System in the rest of the world), and another for the console still in development Super NES. Both games would correspond to the fourth and fifth installments of the series, respectively
However, due to economic issues and deadlines, Square was forced to abandon its plans of the Famicom version and had to continue with the development of the version for Super NES, which would finally be the fourth installment. With the exception of a screen capture exhibited in some magazines, and that was going to expand the concept of work system of his predecessor, there is no more information about the missing project.
The direction of the game was at the hands of the creator of the series, Hironobu Sakaguchi, in addition to the original concept of the same, being the first for the Super Famicom. The design, at the hands of Takashi Tokita, the music, as was already traditional, in the veteran Nobuo Uetmasu, and the design of the logo, images and characters also of the veteran Yoshitaka Amano. Finished the third installment of the series, in 1990, and saying goodbye to the now obsolete and old NES, immediately went to work in the fourth, eager to work and explore the revolutionary, innovative and powerful hardware of the new Nintendo console, Super Famicom, and the new graphic and sound possibilities it offered, finishing the fourth installment in just one year, in 1991.
History
The story takes place in a fictitious Earth (in a solar system very similar to ours), where there are four crystals that are linked to the four elements. The protagonist is Cecil Harvey, a Dark Knight and captain of the aerial fleet of the Barony kingdom, the "Red Wings", the most powerful in the world. Together with Kain, his childhood friend and soldier known as "Draconarius" (specialists in using spears and airstrikes, already seen in Final Fantasy II and III) they fulfill the orders of the King of Barony that have been strange lately and controversial. After the arrival of Cecil of his last mission, this one tells the King about the doubts that his comrades have about his bloody last missions. The King takes it as an act of distrust and in response he relieves him of his post and sends him on a forced mission together with Kain to the distant village of Mist to wear a ring. When the two arrive, the ring automatically releases many Boms (pyrotechnic monsters) that end with that town and leave as sole survivor a girl with powers of invocation called Rydia. After several days of suspicion, it is here that Cecil confirms that the king's intentions are no longer what they once were and, being so drastic, go against what he believes is right. After a moment of resolution, Cecil decides not to return to the kingdom and Kain decides to accompany it and to take the girl to protect it, because accidentally they have killed their mother.
Immediately afterwards, a strange event suddenly separates Cecil from Kain, leaving the first in charge of the girl and without a clue about his friend. Cecil stays with the girl to protect her. It is then when Cecil and Rydia discover in their attempt to return to Baronía when arriving at the town of Kaipo that Rosa has contracted the fever of the desert (Rosa, worried about the non return of Cecil had decided to leave to look for it) and in its search of the antidote , know the wise Tellah who helps them with the task and later they are joined by the cowardly prince of the kingdom of Damcyan Edward Chris von Muir and after saving Rosa, they recruit the Fabul monk Yang Lang Faiden. However, in their journey they meet again with Kain who continues the bloody campaign to obtain the crystals for his king.
The group soon realizes that Kain is being manipulated by Golbez, a very powerful sorcerer who takes control of the Red Wings and is the one who is really interested in the search for crystals. Determined to stop it, the group (after losing Rosa, who was kidnapped by Kain and Golbez) left by sea to Barony but are intercepted on their way through the Eidolon Leviatán, which causes the group to end up separating at sea. Cecil then ends in Misydia where the Red Wings campaign began to take over the crystals and as expected, is harshly repudiated by all his people, except for the great sage of the village magician community who tells him that the only way of being able to redeem of his sins and of step to obtain the power to stop to Golbez was entering the Monte Ordalía to become the warrior of the light, a Paladin. For this, he is assisted by the apprentices of magicians Palom and Porom. On the way they meet again with Sage Tellah, who has learned a powerful spell to fight Golbez (directly responsible for the death of his daughter Anna when Barony attacked Damcyan) and after facing his internal demons, Cecil gets enlightenment and becomes finally in Paladin.
Once this task is completed, Cecil and his companions infiltrate Barony, meet up with Yang and then enter the castle to discover that the king was replaced by a Golbez server that Cecil and his allies kill, but when they pretended to leave from the throne room, they discover that the subordinate was still alive and activated a mechanism that causes the walls of the entrance to begin to contract. Palom and Porom then decide to cast the petrification spell on their bodies to stop the contraction and save Cecil, Yang and Tellah. Unfortunately, by using the spell at will, the brothers can not break it, so they are petrified. After this, the group now made up of Cecil, Tellah, Yang and Cid left for Troia with the aim of safeguarding the Earth's crystal, which had not yet been obtained by Golbez. After obtaining it, Cecil and his group are reunited with Kain, who tells them that if they want to recover Rosa, they will have to go to the Tower of Zot where Golbez is to exchange it for the crystal. Once they reach the top and when they were about to make the exchange, Tellah is carried away by his rage and begins to lash out at Golbez by casting very powerful spells that have no effect on him; Tellah then decides to sacrifice his life by casting the forbidden spell, Meteo, with which he severely wounds Golbez by forcing him to flee. But because of which was a very powerful spell, Tellah dies to use all his life energy in the spell. With Rosa and Kain (revealed to be being manipulated by Golbez), Cecil and the others leave for the Underworld as they have discovered that Golbez seeks the crystals of the underground world to open a portal to the Moon.

The entire cycle of life in the world is limited by four crystals, each one providing its own source of energy to humanity; of the wind that blows through lands to water flowing through the seas, giving life, giving the hot fire to the same land. The strength of these beautiful crystals emits not only this energy, but imprisons a much more devastating force far from the world. However, the energy emitted by these crystals has been weakening considerably. Complying with ancient prophecies, a sudden meteorite paralyzes the rain on the landscape, causing the crystals to fracture. The result reduced the magical forces of the elements. Worse yet, as the crystals explode one by one. A group of warriors, from a princess to a pirate, to a young warrior to an old wise man, must find courage and strength with the power of crystals and the attempts they find to save not one world, but two
History
In the world there are 4 crystals (wind, fire, water, earth) that if the element to which they belong is destroyed, everything will disappear from the earth. The planet receives the impact of meteorites and is also having problems inside.
King Tycoon, Lenna's father, feels that something happens with the wind and travels to the temple where the first crystal is destroyed. At that moment Lenna feels that something bad has happened to her father. A moment later a meteorite falls near Tycoon's palace, where the protagonist Bartz and his chocobo, Boko, meet. Bartz saves Lenna who was attacked by goblins and after the presentations find an old unconscious, he says he only remembers his name (Galuf) and that he must go to the temple of the wind. Bartz for his part decides to follow his path but is stopped by Boko who scolds him for leaving only a girl and an old man. Bartz returns only to save the two for the second time. After the incident Bartz decides to go with them.
On the way there they find a pirate ship that moves without wind (it is dragged by a marine animal called Syldra) and Galuf suggests that it be stolen to reach its destination. After their failed attempt to steal the ship and be captured, their captain, Faris, joins them.

Final Fantasy VI
Development
Final Fantasy VI begins with the "War of the Magi", in which humans and espers faced, creatures that possessed magical powers. This war ended up leaving the world reduced to ashes, and humans and expect to live separately. A thousand years later, when the power of magic seems to have fallen into oblivion, a powerful military group known as the "Empire" begins an expansionist campaign that destroys all resistance and subjects the different nations of the world. For this, the Empire uses the magical abilities of the espers, which it introduces into humans through genetic engineering techniques.
One night, a small unit formed by two soldiers and a young woman, enters the city-state of Narshe, where it is rumored that an esper lives in the depths of the mines. After a bloody entry by force, they manage to reach the room where the millennial creature lives, but it annihilates the two soldiers and establishes a mental communication with the girl, which was mentally controlled to fight on the side of the Empire. Terra, as she recalls the girl's name, will come into contact with Locke, a thief who is part of an underground resistance organization against the Empire: Replicants. The life of Terra, and with it the whole world, will change forever as a result of this event.
History
Final Fantasy VI takes place in an extensive world. During the course of the game, its geography and elements will be altered by various events in the game's plot. In the first part of the game, the world is divided into two large continents and is known as "The World in Balance". The northern continent is full of mountain ranges that prevent the player from easily accessing several places. During the course of the game, the geography of the planet is severely altered, and the two continents are divided into various islands scattered with a huge continent in the center of the map. This new altered world is known as "The World of Ruin".
In contrast to the environment or medieval environment seen in previous games of the saga, Final Fantasy VI is set in a steampunk environment. The structure of societies is very similar to that of the mid-nineteenth century, opera and pictorial arts appear a lot during the game, 15 and the technological level is similar to that of the Second Industrial Revolution. There are some railways and there is a mining operation in the northern town of Narshe. Additionally, some examples of modern engineering and armament (such as a chainsaw, a drill and an automatic crossbow) can be found in the kingdom of Figaro. However, communication systems do not seem to have reached the same degree of development, letters are sent by carrier pigeons, which seems to be the most common method of communication.
The historical context of the game is unknown to the player in the beginning, but during the first half of the game (particularly after the end of that part), the characters begin to understand the prevailing situation. A thousand years before the events of the game, three goddesses representing all the power of existing magic fought each other in a war. This contest spread enormous amounts of magic throughout the world, transforming every human that was affected by them into magical creatures known as "Espers," under the control of the goddesses. The three goddesses, called the Martial Triad, used the Espers as soldiers in that war between the three, so the conflict was renamed the War of the Magi. Finally, the goddesses realized that this war was only hurting everyone, and wanting to repair the damage they did, they returned the freedom to the espers and converted themselves to stone at the same time. The Espers would ensure that they remained sealed and their power would not be unleashed again.16 When the war was over, the surviving humans and the espers were very different in appearance, taste and way of life. Therefore, the Espers went to live in another dimension, taking with them the statues of the gods and sealing the entrance between their world and that of humans.
Gradually, the human race founded a society based on technology and the War of the Magi became a legend.17 Today, the most powerful technology is in the hands of the Empire, a dictatorial, expansive and cruel country, ruled by Emperor Gesthal and his generals, Kefka, Leo Cristophe and Celes Chere. Approximately eighteen years before the events of the game, the barrier between the human world and the dimension of the espers weakened and a woman went through it by accident. Although many of the espers distrusted her and believed that humans could not coexist with the espers, one named "Maduin" believes that they should try before judging.18 The woman remains in the world of the espers, and he soon has a daughter with Maduin, called "Terra". Then, driven by his ambition to obtain the legendary power of the espers, Gestahl advances through the weakened barrier and launches an attack in an attempt to catch as many Espers as possible. Before the Espers leader's desperate attempt to summon a spell that sends through the dimensional portal to Gestahl's forces, many espers are captured, and Maduin, his wife, and a baby Terra are trapped in the spell. Maduin and his daughter captured, while his wife dies.
Using the espers as a source of power, Gestahl initiated a development program to combine magic with machinery and infuse humans with magical powers, the result was a technology known as "Magitek." The Empire housed this concept of Magitek in large mechanical vehicles known as "Magitek Armor", which allowed a soldier to use the power of magic. In addition, Kefka was modified with magic, becoming the first prototype of a new line of "Super soldiers" called "Magitek Warriors", which would later include Celes Chere. This procedure was still in the development phase, and as a result, Kefka's sanity was severely damaged.19 Another Magitek invention was the "Crown of Slavery."", a device that allows controlling a person.20 When Terra grew up, the Empire used the device to control its actions and use it as a weapon, adding the Magitek potential with its natural magical abilities, at the beginning of the Game, the Empire He finds himself on the path of rediscovering the full potential of Magic and reopening the Portal to the World of The Espers.Meanwhile, the regime of the Empire is opposed by the Replicantes, a group of rebels seeking to overthrow the Empire and liberate their territories.
