Nero is one of the two protagonists of Devil May Cry 4, alongside Dante. An orphan adopted by the Sparda-worshipping Order of the Sword, Nero grew up to become a Holy Knight of the Order. He does not get along well with others and prefers to work alone, so he is usually given the Order's "special assignments."[7] During the first half of Devil May Cry 4 Nero thinks Dante is his enemy, but as the story progresses he realizes that the Order is his real adversary. Nero becomes a renegade, looking for answers and trying to save Kyrie (his childhood friend and love interest). Nero and Dante join forces to defeat the Savior, a flying statue possessed by a demon. They part on good terms when Dante entrusts him with the Yamato (which belonged to Dante's brother, Vergil).Source Here
Nero is the main protagonist in the fourth installment of the Devil May Cry series. Nero serves as a Holy Knight in the Order of the Sword, a religious group that worships Sparda and fights to protect the world from demons. Kyrie is the childhood friend of Nero, who he shares a strong romantic bond with; this romance plays a major part in driving Nero throughout the events of Devil May Cry 4.Source Here
Power And Abilities
Nero has supernatural powers – e.g. the Devil Bringer – which he inherited after his father. During combat he can transform into a demonic warrior with increased strength and defence. The Devil Bringer enables the player to bring closer distant enemies and to throw them against walls. Moreover, the hero uses an extensive movement system that makes use of his magic abilities and combos.Source Here
