Because the weather in Cebu is very hot, my roomates and I go out to play game. This is the first time I was ice skating. In the past I had skated on the inline, but the feeling of slipping on the cold ice was better. As someone who likes cold air and has ever skated, ice skating is pretty easy compared to me. Compared to inline skating, the speed of ice skating is higher, the friction is less, never sweating because of the cold. Here I feel comfortable. Stress for work, homesickness for Vietnam, tired of cultural differences ... melted and disappeared after the surf. Here I also make friends with many friends. Even when I was excited, I taught some young people. Ice Skating is easy. Having fun on the internet, ice skating is also very effective for the health side of the entertainment. The use of skating as:
- Create new energy sources, enhance the excitement for the body to continue to work and study more effectively. Sensation on the skates make you forget tired, late troubles. So it will improve your mental clarity, reduce stress and depression.
- Mobilize many muscle groups.
- Skin healthy, toned. Although exercise will make you sweat and detoxify the skin very well but ice skating in very cold temperatures is the best exercise for the skin. Not to mention the pore stretched by the cold also make you beautiful and have more healthy skin.
- Effective weight loss. As one of the most active sports, against the cold of the air, ice skating is capable of consuming quite large amounts of energy.
