[Gamer Skills - Cooking] Blueberry Cake with a lot of Berries - Difficulty Level: Novice

Welcome back Ladies and Gentleman, fellow Acolytes, today on "Gamer Skills - Cooking" we are going to make an easy and simple Blueberry Cake!

Blueberrycake-
Difficulty: Novice

Ingredients:

5 Large-ish Eggs
250g Granulated Sugar
200g Butter (let it soften for about 30 minutes before starting)
250g Type 405 normal White Flour
600-750g Blueberries fresh or from jar.
8g Baking Powder (ready to use basically baking soda
mixed with reagent)

8g Vanilla Sugar or
1-2tsp Vanilla extract

if you use Fresh Blueberries sprinkle a light coat of granulated sugar over them to give them a better taste!

Prep time: Approx 25 minutes

Combine Sugar and Butter mix for 2minutes until frothy.
Add the Eggs and mix until foamy.
Add the Baking Powder and the Flour, mix slowly - best without turning on the mixer for a bit, then mix on highest setting for about 3 minutes.

Spread evenly onto a greased baking tray / baking tray with baking paper.

Preheat oven to 356 °F / 180°C and bake for 25 to 30 minutes on the lowest possible rack (NOT THE GROUND) if you are not preheating your oven like me just add 3 minutes to the baking time.
When golden Brown, check dough with wooden Skewer, if nothing sticks, the cake is ready.

Get Out, Garnish with a light coat of powdered sugar (you dont need to it tastes already great ;) ) Let cool a little.
