Hello friends!!! Today I will conduct a brief review of two popular games - PUBG and Fortnite.
PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds - or PUBG - is one of the most popular computer games of 2017, bleeding 100 players with each other, for the first place. In recent months, PUBG has become one of the most popular in the world, crowding other multiplayer games, with a rapidly growing base of fans. Therefore, it was only a matter of time before another game developer wanted to gain interest in PUBG.
Epic Games recently released Fortnite Battle Royale, a free version that has many similarities to PUBG. So, now both games are available to all comers, so which one to choose from? Here we compare Battlegrounds PlayerUnknown and Fortnite Battle Royale to help you decide what is best.
PUBG or Fortnite Battle Royale: what's the difference?
Before going into the details of the differences between PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds and Fortnite Battle Royale, let's first explain the concept of both games.
The idea is simple: it's a multiplayer game where 100 players land on the island for survival. You are looking for weapons and other useful items, and are fighting with other players, until there is only one person left.
To avoid "camper players", throughout the game, a special circle is displayed on the map. People outside this circle will slowly lose their health until they die. This means that even if you find an ideal place with a view of the area, most likely, you will be forced to move further towards the displacement of the circle. This means that no one will be able to sit out and the gameplay will be interesting.
Although PUBG is certainly not the first Battle Royale game to hit Steam, it aroused great interest and it was only a matter of time before other companies wanted to grab some of the Battle Royale pie. So what makes PUBG so popular?
First, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is built using the Unreal Engine 4 Epic, which means that the graphics and textures look quite realistic. This is not the only area that has been designed to provide a realistic feeling: while you are looking for a weapon, you can find clothes that can help you blend in the environment and provide additional protection.
Also in PUBG there is a deep customization of weapons. You can customize your weapons with extended clips, better appearance and more, you can find them in abandoned buildings scattered all over the island.
Weapons in PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds are not scattered randomly: military bases have more advanced weapons than in random buildings and barns, although sometimes a powerful weapon can be found there.
Realism extends to other aspects of the game: on the map there are cars scattered in different places, but they must be filled with gasoline. Even if you manage to find a can of gasoline and fill the car, you will have to closely monitor the gasoline sensor so that it does not end at the most inopportune moment.
After winning / losing in PUBG, you will be rewarded with coins. These coins can be used to purchase boxes that contain new cosmetic items to customize your character, and provide motivation to continue playing the game - even if you die pretty early in almost every game.
Also PUBG boasts the largest online player on Steam all the time, so you will always find players clogged by players.
So, how is PUBG compared to Fortnite Battle Royale? While the games are very similar in some respects, the style and approach are different. PUBG is more realistic, while Fornite Battle Royale offers a more casual approach to the game in the genre of survival.
Let's take the initial moment of the game: while you are jumping from an airplane with a parachute to the island in PUBG, players in Fortnite Battle Royale jump from a bright flying bus. The style of games is very different, so the island in Fortnite is painted in bright colors and the image looks like in a cartoon.
This style is evident throughout the game - if in PUBG you feel serious, Fortnite feels cheerful. This game is much simpler: there is no wide possibility of customizing your character or weapons, which allows you to focus on finding the best weapons and equipment, such as shield, accelerators or bandages.
At this stage, you might be wondering why you should play Fortnite Battle Royale at all. There is one feature offered by Fortnite and not available in PUBG: crafting and construction. Instead of collecting clothes and weapons, in Fortnite, you can use your sledgehammer to destroy trees and other elements to get resources for building walls, floors, stairs and much more.
This opens up a whole new opportunity in fortnite, especially when you play in a team of four people. This feature means that you can block the entrance to the house with a brick wall, if you are being pursued, or strengthen your position so that the enemy can not sneak up on you.
If you can build walls, floors and much more, then you must be able to destroy them, right? So it is in Fortnite Battle Royale - you can destroy or blast buildings and structures.

Thank you for reading this article. Write in the comments which game you like best.
I personally like fortnite, but that's only because I haven't gotten PUBG yet. The concept is dope and PUBG looks to have a more expansive PvP, but hored mode is life on fortnight 😂😂😂 I'd probably play both.
