Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is a first-person shooter video game developed by Sledgehammer Games and High Moon Studios, distributed by Activision, part of the Call of Duty franchise. It is the eleventh numerical delivery within the same saga and the first one developed by Sledgehammer Games and High Moon Studios. It was released on November 4, 2014 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Windows.

Its development began in late 2011, shortly after the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Sledgehammer hired veteran actors Troy Baker and Kevin Spacey for the lead roles. The game is set in a future where advanced technology and weaponry will take place, with suits that give soldiers superhuman abilities, these can be: supersoft, climbing walls, multiple skills and special grenades.
