Quake was the first FPS game I ever played online. It absolutely blew my mind playing on my friends PC at his house.

We were on a dial up connection fighting lag but it was AMAZING!

    I remember those days. Fun times. Now people complain if they have a ping higher than double digits. We were playing with ping well above 500, if not 1,000. Lol
