For my second post, I'd like to showcase something old that is - at the same time - somehow extremely fresh and relevant.
While I myself enjoy the newest Battle Royale game to hit the market every now and then, it takes time to build a community that can bond over a shared passion. Few people can match the resilience of a group of dedicated "nerds" who grew up loving a video game and continue to play it as fervently as they did nearly 2 decades ago. Super Smash Brothers Melee just successfully finished its recent run at EVO, one of the biggest (if not the biggest) fighting game tournaments in the world - something that would've been impossible without the help of its most dedicated fans' (myself included) continued support.
They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks, but sometimes it's never too late to start something new by revisiting your old passions. Here is another combo video I compiled as part of a community effort to remember where we started from.
