Earlier this week I was wondering if they might bring the Eevee with a Flower crown back to obtain sometime soon. As during this summer we had a week where every day one of the Pikachu with a special hat would spawn in the wild, which included the Pikachu with a flower crown. I really want to get more Flower-crowned Eevee as I want to get at least 2 100 IVs so I could have one as Eevee and one to evolve into Sylveon when gen 6 comes out in the future.
I was quite surprised when Niantic announced that the Research Breakthrough rewards during September and October will be the Flower-crowned Eevee ! So I just thought about it a few days ago, and now that Eevee is actually coming back! One downside here is that it's only possible to get 1 Flower-crown Eevee a week, it does also come with the plus side of being from a Quest so the chances for good IVs is much higher than a wild encounter.
This Eevee with the flower crown can also be Shiny, and any Eevee evolved will keep its flower crown. I'd love to definitely get a full set of all Eeveelutions with flower crowns. Which would be possible with the 2 Eevee I still have and then getting 8 of them from the Research Breakthrough in the coming two months.
Getting this Eevee at 100% IV is still going to be a rather low chance, I do have an idea of having more chance to get it at 100%. I'm going to ask the people in my gang with whom I often take over a Gym to see what they will do with their Eevee with not such high IVs. If they would transfer them instead of keeping them, then I'll ask if they can trade them to me instead of transferring them! That way I'll have extra chances of getting a 100%.
