Well put! This is exactly why I sold my collection when I was a bit younger, and have only rebought the things I love to play. I just kind of realized one day that no matter how many games I added to the collection; there will only be a few worth collecting to me. (Metal Gear!)

In the end, I switched to collecting hardware and accessories. It feels a lot more achievable, and I use everything I buy, at some point!
