Started looking for a replacement game for I Got Worms since I finished the game a few days ago. Found a title I hoped would fill that void called Summoner's Greed. The premise is an infinite tower defense game. Reading the description made me think it might have some idle elements. Unfortunately it does not but I did find the game and concept quite cool.
An invite tower defense game sounds perfect for idling. But Summoner's Greed has no progress while the app is in the background. I need to learn how to make games so that I can just release it myself.
