WARHAMMER AGE OF SIGMAR 2nd Edition is coming!

AGE OF SIGMAR 2nd edition its coming after 3 years of the main release, Games Workshop announced this May 2018 that they will be updating the gaming rules to a new level of war in the multiverse of the Warhammer setting.

Set in the Warhammer Fest 2018, they made this outstanding announcement that will change the game rules, the way of play, the use of magic and will bring a more narrative approach to this famous wargame.

They call the new edition with 3 main elements:

• EXPANDED NARRATIVE: refering to campaing driven game, where each game works toward a narrative ending among your factions, when you do wargames you fight for a race or a flag, something about supremacy above enemies, what´s better than beat a lot of games your opponents and crush their forces in a narrative way? this will certainly will do with organized game system and maybe an online campaing, we hope so.

• REFINED GAMEPLAY: remember Age of Sigmar rules were a "mock" to veteran players and many made rage quit on the game,even literally burning their armies on youtube and other media, well the AOS rules were a bit slow and overwhelming refering to dice throwing and units that never die, now the game rules will focus on dynamics and fun, adding the strategic/tactical taste lost in the first edition, since they made lot of playtesting (and we hope so)

• CINEMATIC SORCERY: well this calls for an introduction of magic phase or else, maybe with more and complex effects, maybe with the use of cards like some wiz gathering game or maybe a complete new way to use the magic different, so big it´s the bid with this change that the emperor himself released the Storm Cast Eternal... WIZARDS! as if they needed magic to make pay the monsters they face each time.

And guess what? you don´t need to wait to loong since the release of the rules will be on June 2018, so if you are a new veteran of the age of sigmar or an old veteran of warhammer fantasy, or just want to pass by to enter the fever of this awsome universe, IT IS TIME TO FIGHT FOR THE EMPEROR!

Games Workshop has been guilty of "not listening their own public", but usually looking to sell more, but we can tell the game fluff (background) it´s great even the multiverse of the age of sigmar and the miniatures are more than astonishing that many people buy them for modeling, hobby or just collection; and GW knows it! We have our bid, pray and hopes on Age of Sigmar 2nd edition rules will do great and will bring the lost glory above other wargames.
