The first video game of castlevania was created by konami in 1986 for the Nintendo console "FAMICOM DISK SYSTEM" later was released for the MSX 2 console where the version of the latter was known in Europe as VAMPIRE KILLER.

HISTORY

This first video game of this franchise tells the story of TRANSILVANIA in 1961, where this area went through moments of peace thanks to the fact that 100 years ago CHRISTOPHER BELMONT defeated DRACULA with his sacred whip (vampire slayer) bringing a reign of peace to his people who were assassinated by dracula and his creatures for a long time. CHRISTOPHER was recognized as a legendary hero.

The town of TRANSILVANIA was enthusiastically celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ, but it had already been 100 years since dracula had been eliminated and at that time many of the inhabitants suffered from a deep desire for destruction and evil which led these inhabitants to gather in a monastery that was taking place in the vicinity of Transylvania, these men met at this point to perform a rite or black mass that would lead to the resurrection of dracula, so that this world would reign under a regime of chaos.

These men were successful in the resurrection of dracula, in the monastery fell a lightning that warned that something evil was happening in that place, alerting the inhabitants of Transylvania who were in their harmonic celebration, when DRACULA revives his castle reappears along with his followers (SEDIENT BLOOD CREATURES).

ONCE AGAIN TRANSYLVANIA WAS IN DANGER...

SIMON BELMONT who is a descendant of CHRISTOPHER BELMONT and current bearer of the sacred whip does not hesitate twice and goes to the castle of DRACULA to face him and again stop his dark plans.

SIMON BELMONT goes through many difficulties inside the castle of DRACULA fighting against various creatures but finally comes face to face with DRACULA and after a long and hard struggle manages to defeat him and again brings peace to his people.
