I remember that I used to play DDR all the time in my local arcades, and I even bought my own versions for the Ps2 and annoyed my downstairs neighbors late into the night. I know that it feels great when you beat your own high score, so grats! Also, I realize this one is Pump it Up, which I actually see more often at the arcade now.
I had to have DDR at home, so I could practice songs in secret, and show off at my next visit to the arcade ;]

You really have to retrain your brain for PIU. I don't have much of a choice, there's no new DDR cabinets in my area. Closest DDR A machine is a 10 hour drive away.

I feel your pain! Closest DDR A to me is 3 hours away :(
However there is a local arcade pretty close to me that has a custom ITG cab with Stepmania 5 and Simply Love on it!! I'll have to give PIU another try though haha
